This Privacy Policy explains:
This policy applies across everything built under buildwithjuliet, including SmartInboxCleanup and any custom automation work. Where a specific product needs to say more (like SmartInboxCleanup's exact Gmail permissions), that detail lives on that product's own page, linked at the bottom of this one.
The specific access I request depends entirely on what we're automating together. For an email cleanup, that might mean Gmail access. For a research or documentation workflow, it might mean access to a different tool entirely. I only ever request the minimum access needed to build and run the specific automation you've asked for, not broader "just in case" access.
My main automation platform is n8n. Any other services involved in a specific build, the APIs or apps that automation needs to talk to, are documented on that project or product's own page, since they vary from build to build.
Whatever access I'm granted is used only to perform the specific task you hired me to automate, reading, sorting, replying, scheduling, whatever the job requires, and nothing outside that scope.
To keep this simple and explicit:
Building and running an automation sometimes means your data passes through other services along the way, for example, the AI models that help read and sort content, or the platform the automation runs on. I only use providers necessary to deliver the service, and I don't sell or hand off access to them beyond that. The specific providers involved in any given product or project are listed on that product's own page.
For any client or customer, I typically store your name, email address, and the specific details of what you've asked me to build or clean up, kept only so I can carry out and refer back to your request. I do not sell or rent this information, and I delete it once it's no longer needed for the service.
Access to your accounts or systems is only used for as long as it takes to deliver what you asked for. Once a job or engagement is complete, I don't retain ongoing access beyond what's needed to support the service you're paying for. The records described in section 7 follow the same rule, kept only until they're no longer needed, then deleted.
You can revoke access at any time through whichever platform we connected through, for example, through your Google Account's third-party access settings if the automation used Gmail or Google services. Exact steps depend on the specific platform involved, and I'm happy to walk you through it if you're unsure.
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of any buildwithjuliet service after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
